London, Jan 10 : Ace Egnland footballer David Beckham, who is at present on a loan to AC Milan, has insisted that he will return to LA Galaxy at the end of his two-month loan.

The midfielder is desperate to cling on to his England place, and dismissed new claims that he is set to make the move to the Italian giants permanently, The Sun reported.

Former LA Galaxy general manager Alexi Lalas, who signed Becks for the MLS, reckoned that was Beckham's plan.

Dubai, Jan. 7 : A. C. Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has praised England football star David Beckham for his performance on debut in a friendly victory over Hamburg last night.

Becks played the opening 45 minutes of the showpiece clash in Dubai, which the Italian giants won 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.

The former England skipper, 33, put in a solid performance and Ancelotti said: “He gave a very good impression. Dynamic quality and also he is an intelligent player.

Dubai  - David Beckham made a quiet debut for AC Milan as the Italians ran out winners on penalties in a friendly against German Bundesliga side SV Hamburg in Dubai on Tuesday.

Beckham, wearing the number 32 shirt, played the first 45 minutes on the right side of midfield in the Dubai Football Challenge.

Milan won 4-3 on penalties after the match finished 1-1 after 90 minutes. Brazilian Ronaldinho scored from the spot for Milan in the 62nd minute only for substitute Collin Benjamin to equalize five minutes later.

London, Jan. 5 : David Beckham''s family will not be joining the England midfielder when he launches his Italian career.

According to The Independent, the 33-year-old could make his Serie A debut this weekend when AC Milan travel to Rome to face Roma.

Beckham, who is on loan at Milan and training with the Rossoneri in Dubai following the Christmas break, said: "Everyone knows how much I love my wife and my children, but at the same time I love football.

"My children will remain in Los Angeles due to school and Victoria will remain with them.

London, January 1: Football ace David Beckham and his AC Milan teammates had their New Year''s Eve celebrations cancelled, with Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum calling off festivities following the violence in Gaza.

Al Maktoum said that "all public New Year''s celebrations" should be stopped "in solidarity with the Palestinian people, who were currently enduring death, suffering and destruction in Gaza".
