Parsvnath Developers Ltd., a leading real estate developer in India, has secured an order worth Rs 19.86 crore from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, for construction of residential project at Mundka Depot for Phase II of Delhi MRTS project.

Under the deal, the company would build 130 flats which will be constructed in the floor plan of G+7. The total construction area will be 129,728 square feet.

The contract is scheduled to be completed in 15 months from the start of construction at site.

Yesterday, Parsvnath Developers revealed its plans to raise Rs 500-750 crore through private placements of shares by the end of this month for reducing the company's debt and completion of its ongoing projects.

At 2:16 pm, the scrip of the company was trading at Rs 105 on BSE, up 4% compared to previous close of Rs 101.
