Parsvnath to build township in Panipat
Realty firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd has revealed its plan to build a township project in Haryana with an investment of Rs 212 crore. According to the proposal, the company would build 162-acre township project in phases. The project would be developed on a plot area of 6 .57 lakh square metre and the total built-up area would be 2.16 lakh sq metre.
The company authorities said that they have received environmental clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Haryana, for the construction of a proposed township project at Panipat in Haryana.
The sources said that the proposed township would entail 927 residential plots, group housing and a shopping mall with multiplex. The development of the project is expected to be completed in two years from the start of construction work.
As per media reports, Parsvnath has a total land bank of 209 million sq ft and has extended its footprints in all the verticals of real estate.
At present, the conglomerate is having 81 million sq ft of area under construction, of which 43.62 million sq ft is already sold. The company has presence across 50 cities in 17 states.
Stock of Parsvnath Developers marked its closure at Rs 57, after making 19.94% growth on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
