Pak PM cancels Hong-Kong trip

Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza GilaniPakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has cancelled his four-day visit to Hong Kong as he continued with his deliberations with political leaders over the fallout of Wednesday's Mumbai attacks, an official said.

Gilani was scheduled to leave for the Asia meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative, which is starting Tuesday.

The prime minister cancelled his trip in the wake of the situation emerging from the terrorist strikes in Mumbai, Zahid Bashir, press secretary of the Pak PM said.

The Mumbai attacks, which killed at least 183 people, have triggered tensions between the two South Asian countries. India has pointed figures towards Pakistan in connection with the blast.
