OPEC crude price falls below 134 dollars

Vienna - The price for crude oil produced by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) fell for the fourth day in a row to below 134 dollars on Wednesday, OPEC data showed on Thursday.

One barrel (159 litres) of OPEC-produced crude stood at 133.16 dollars Wednesday, a drop of 2.05 dollars from 135.21 dollars on the previous day.

OPEC calculates an average basket price based on 13 important brands produced by cartel members. (dpa)
