OnePlus has teased images of two upcoming phones under Nord series in the Indian market. OnePlus has launched microsite for the upcoming device, suggesting that the launch is just a couple of weeks away. Amazon India has also setup landing pages for Nord 3 5G smartphone and Buds 2r. OnePlus recently announced the launch date for Nord Buds 2r TWS earphones in India.

As per information available on OnePlus microsite for Nord series, three devices (two smartphones and one TWS earphone) will be launched in Indian market. The site hasn’t revealed the names of the smartphones and only mentions them as Nord #1 and Nord #2. Amazon is currently running promotional sale for 5G devices. Amazon’s biggest competitor Flipkart is also offering massive discounts on 5G devices. Indian markets is witnessing huge interest in 5G devices as Reliance Jio and Airtel have widely launched 5G networks and speed is much better on 5G. However, not every smartphone supports 5G and this is driving the sales for 5G devices. OnePlus will be launching two devices with 5G capabilities.

OnePlus generates good volumes in Indian market as the phones are slightly expensive than other Android devices but they offer better quality and specifications. The company has been reviewed positively in the Indian tech circles.

For reviewers, Nord is offering the option to register for free review device under Nord Labs program. For six selected reviewers, OnePlus will ship the devices by June 28 and the reviews should go live some day in July. This suggests that OnePlus would launch the phones in India in early July.

As per reports published on technology websites, OnePlus will be launching Nord 3 5G and Nord CE 3. As per a report published on GSM Arena, Nord Buds 2r TWS earphones will cost Rs 2,299 in India. The earphones will be launched in two color options, Triple Blue and Deep Gray.

Consumers will be able to buy the devices on Amazon, Flipkart and OnePlus official website in India.
