Nokia Rolls-Out ‘N79’ In The India @ Rs 22,939
World’s largest mobile handset maker Nokia has come up with its latest ‘N’ series model, N79 in the Indian market.
Touted to be a multimedia phone, the Nokia N79 comes with a 5MP camera with dual-LED based flash. It has swappable back-covers that change the look to match the clothes or other fashion of the owner. It has 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS features and 24-hour music playback battery life.
The candy bar also brings the following: a 2.4 inch TFT display with 16 million colors and 240 x 320 pixels, Video players, a 3.5mm audio jack, stereo Bluetooth, TV-out, pre-installed Nseries games and 50MB of built-in memory, "helped" by a 4GB card.
While commenting over N79, Devinder Kishore, Director Marketing, Nokia India, said, “The Nokia N79 packs cutting-edge technology into a super-sleek, compact design, a characteristic typical of the iconic Nseries.”
“It has been designed for those who want a device that is as appealing as it is powerful. This balance of performance, style and entertainment means that it is a defining step forward from the popular and very successful Nokia N72 and Nokia N73”, Mr. Kishore added.
The fashionable phone from Nokia is available in five different colours including Light Sea Blue, Espresso Brown, Olive Green, White and Coral Red.
Besides this, the N79 also boasts for having 'Anthems 1998-2008' for the Indians, a feature which include 19 all-time favorite classic club songs and 17 new age music videos, presented by the Ministry of Sound.
