London, Sept 23 : Moon’s gentle surface could be the best place to find earliest evidence of life on Earth, according to a new study by a University of London researcher.

Ian Crawford of Birkbeck has said that conditions on the moon are much more gentle than those on Earth, so meteorites that blasted off our planet billions of years ago could well still be lying around on the moon.

London, Sep 23 : A teacher devised an unusual way to keep her kids from drug peddlers – she herself supplied them with cannabis.

The teacher, who is in her 40s, admitted supplying cannabis to her own children, to stop them buying it from street dealers.

The woman, a regular drug user, told police she wanted to prevent her two teens being exposed to criminals who might lure them into harder drugs and crime.

Officers found 116g of cannabis resin, worth around 200 pounds, at her home near Bury St Edmunds.

Man sentenced after driving drunk to police station!

London, Sep 23 : Britain’s dumbest drink-driver was banned after he turned up at a police station in an inebriated state to answer his bail.

Philip Cavalier was being charged for an earlier offence of driving into a tree while drunk when cops whiffed alcohol on him.

The 56-year-old was ordered to undergo tests, which showed that Cavalier, who drove his van to the station, had 152mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, i.e. five times over the limit

Magistrates in Eastbourne, Sussex, said the case was “beyond belief,” reports The Sun.
