Sidharth defends Fawad, says we do not cast actors for `particular nationality`

New Delhi [India], Sept. 30 : For Sidharth Malhotra, condemning the Uri attack by Pakistani actors may or may not give any difference because they are not cast in Bollywood movies because of their nationality.

According to Pinkvilla, the 31-year-old actor, who most recently shared the screen with Pakistani actor and singer Fawad Khan, hopped in to defend his fellow actor regarding issues of the Pakistani actor getting banned by the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) for failing to condemn Uri.

On September 18, four heavily armed terrorists attacked the base camp of the Indian Army near the town of Uri in Jammu and Kashmir claiming the lives of 19 Indian soldiers.

Anil Kapoor is `scared` Amrita Singh will spill his `secrets`

New Delhi [India], Sept. 30 : Bollywood fans are eagerly waiting to see Anil Kapoor and Amrita Singh pair onscreen again, but the 59-year-old international actor is petrified she would spill all his secrets.

Continued communication between India-Pak important to reduce tensions: U.S.

Washington, DC [United States], Sept. 30 : Asserting that Washington is following the situation closely over the surgical strikes conducted by the Indian Army on terrorist launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC), US State Department spokesperson, John Kirby said that his country understands that Indian and Pakistani militaries have been in communication and believe that continued communication is obviously important to reduce tensions.

Speaking at the daily press briefing, Kirby maintained that the US continues to urge actions to combat and delegitimize terrorist groups.

Bangkok: Pakistani held for supplying fake passports to criminal syndicates, terrorist groups

Bangkok [Thailand], Sept. 30 : In yet another incident, the interrogation of three foreigners arrested in connection with criminal activities from a residential area here by the Royal Metropolitan Police of Thailand has led them to a Pakistani fake documents racketeer, who is currently serving a jail sentence in Thailand.

However it is not the first time that a Pakistani has been linked to supply of fake passports to criminal syndicates and terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda; in 2014 and 2012, many Pakistanis were arrested by the Thai police in this connection.
