New Delhi [India], Nov 15 : India's largest mobile payments and commerce platform Paytm is set to unveil its multilingual interface to enable millions of Indians to overcome language barriers and pay and shop in their preferred regional language.

The user interface will be available on Android will be available in English and 10 different regional languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya and Punjabi.

Paytm has become India's first mobile payments and commerce platform to offer multiple regional language interfaces.

It has expanded its reach to over 80 percent smartphone users in India, who prefer internet-based services in regional languages, thus making mobile payments and commerce now accessible to all.

Washington D.C. [USA], Nov.15 : A recent study shows that protein that regulates the development of nerve cells also helps in prompting cells in the pancreas to release insulin, a hormone that helps to maintain a normal level of blood sugar, says a study.

The research is potentially relevant to type-2 diabetes, the most common form of the disease.

In type-1 diabetes, which can appear at any time of life, the body makes insulin, but is either not releasing enough of it or not using the regulatory chemical efficiently to control blood sugar. In type-1 diabetes, which appears in childhood, an immune response gone awry destroys the body's ability to produce insulin altogether.

Washington D.C. [USA], Nov. 15 : 'Deadpool' star Ryan Reynolds recently opened up, in an interview, about his obsession for the movie.

The 40-year-old actor was asked about his favourite "Ryan Reynolds movies" to which he replied, "Buried, Adventureland. The Voices, Mississippi Grind."

"I love Deadpool with my last beating heart. I like Van Wilder. If you watch that, I'm just wholesale robbing from Chevy Chase," he told GQ magazine.

Deadpool is a fictional anti-hero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.

[USA], Nov.15 : A recent study has found that cholesterol-lowering drugs reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes in adults with cardiovascular risk factors such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and smoking, but have not had a heart attack or stroke previously.

Drugs that lower fat levels in the blood, called statins, were effective in reducing risk of death, heart attacks and strokes, across a broad range of patient groups.

The benefits were largest in people at highest risk for heart attacks and strokes but those at lower risk also realized some preventive benefits.
