Scientists have devised a new method for enhancing lips by the use of splices of muscle and connective tissues from the neck.

It is in connection with the ageing process where a woman undergoes this surgical procedure to boost-up the flattened upper lip.

A researcher at the Aesthetic Surgery Center in Naples, Anurag Agarwal along with his colleagues studied the findings of a survey conducted on 25 patients. These patients were operated for lip-augmentation. The process also included usage of a particular muscle that runs around the neck, sternocleidomastoid.

Doctors at the Sahid Ganga Lal Heart Centre discharged President of the Nepali Congress Girija Prasad Koirala today. He was admitted after he complained about breathing problems.
