Transcend has introduced its new multi-card reader ‘M5’ in the Indian market.

The newly introduced ‘M5’ will entice users through its attractive and modern styling, compact size and adapter-free multi-format convenience.

The M5 backs up all the memory cards including CompactFlash and Microdrive (for high-end DSLR cameras), SD cards, xD cards, the complete Memory Stick series, miniSD and microSD.

Besides, it also supports the most recent SD 2.0 (SDHC) and MMC 4.0 standards for hi-end memory cards.
 
Through its high-speed USB 2.0, it let users to download music, videos or text files rapidly and without any difficulty. It offers data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps.

The M5 can take on newer, mini-sized mobile phone memory cards without an adapter.

Presently, the M5 is available in two colors including hot pink and ivory at a price of Rs 700 along with two-year warranty.
