Lindsay Lohan Sued by three men

Lindsay Lohan Sued by three menLindsay Lohan has been sued by the three men, whose SUV she drove chasing her personal assistant through Santa Monica streets, leading to her second 2007 DUI arrest.

Seeking unspecified damages, the plaintiffs i.e. Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro filing their case in Santa Monica’s Superior Court, say Lindsay Lohan’s angry and aggressive commandeering of their car caused them ‘surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan’s surprising and sudden act’.

Though, the wild, traumatic ride did not result in any one being physically injured, an allegedly angry and intoxicated Lohan, endangered their lives as she refused to stop, responding to their entreaties to stop with curses and vulgar language.

Seeking $50,000 in damages to cover negligence, assault, battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, conversion, trespass and slander, Ed McPherson, acting attorney for Lohan calls the lawsuit absurd, as none of the guys i.e. Blake, Sutter and Nigre got out of the car, even though it stopped several times.  Rather, it seems they were having the night of their lives, as they not only switched on the radio, but also left the vehicle at one point, only to get back in.

Lohan, 22 who reached a plea deal following her arrest, has already done 84-minutes for jail time for suspicion of DUI and cocaine possession.  Further, Lohan has already been sued by the passenger of the car she was chasing.
