Infotech Enterprises Ltd, a leading global information technology consulting company has signed a contract with Bombardier Transportation.

Under the arrangement, the company would provide engineering, electronic design, technical publications, and IT-related services to Bombardier Transportation divisions worldwide.

In separate release, Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed that it has acquired 100% stake in TTM India Pvt. Ltd.

Recently, the company has revealed its plans to acquire three firms in European market by the end of the current fiscal, for which the firm has set aside Rs 300 crore for the acquisitions.

Last month, Infotech acquired California-based Time to Market Inc., a chip design and verification services company. The company’s past acquisitions list include London based Dataview solutions, Germany-based Advanced Graphics Systems and US based Vargis.

The company got 92% of its Rs 674 crore revenue in 2007/08 by providing engineering design and information technology services to aerospace, automotive, telecom, utilities and government sector in Europe and North America.
