HCC Pockets Order Worth Rs 3.26 Billion
Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd. (HCC) has announced that its JV with SEW Infrastructure and Megha Engineering & Infrastructure (MEIL) has received an order worth Rs 639 crore from Government of Andhra Pradesh, irrigation and CAD Department.
Under the proposed contract, the Joint Venture firms will build Barrage of around 3.5 km with Head Regulator across River Pranahita (PCLIS - Package-III) near Tummidi Hetti Village in Adilabad District of Andhra Pradesh.
The project will focus on all under-developed regions of the state. It is scheduled to be completed in the next 48 months.
Out of the total contract value of Rs 6. 39 billion, HCC will hold 51% i.e. Rs 3.26.billion.
Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) is one of the largest private sector construction companies in India and specializes in pioneering large-scale civil constructions and developing new age construction technologies.
Shares of Hindustan Construction Company settled at Rs 91, down 1.18 per cent on National Stock Exchange (NSE). The total volume of shares traded was 1,349,931 at NSE.
