Pakistan PM condemns Bangalore, Ahmedabad serial blasts
Islamabad, July 27 : Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has strongly condemned the serial blasts in Ahmedabad and Bangalore on July 26 and 25, respectively.
He expressed his deep sympathies with the bereaved families and the victims of these acts of violence against innocent people, says a foreign office statement, reported the Daily Times.
Meanwhile, the death toll in Ahmedabad serial blasts has reached up to 38, even as 92 people have been injured. Nearly 16 blasts had rocked the capital city of Gujarat last evening, exactly a day after eight blasts had taken place in Bangalore killing two persons.
As investigation is on into the Ahmedabad blasts, an email claiming responsibility and warning of more such blasts has been traced back to an apartment in Navi Mumbai, and the computer which was used in sending the email belongs to an American national. Police sleuths were interrogating him in this regard till last reports came in. (ANI)
