Honda customers in Germany most satisfied

Hamburg - Honda has come out tops for the second time in succession in terms of customer satisfaction and service in Germany, according to a market survey released by the JD Power-Report 2008. 

The institute polled 19,000 motorists and asked them how satisfied they were with their car after a two-year period. Some 103 car models and 23 car manufacturers were included in the poll. 

Honda scored a satisfaction rate of 84.9 per cent followed by BMW, Toyota and Audi. Mazda came fifth followed by Daihatsu. 

Mercedes, Skoda, Volvo and Nissan only achieved an "average" rate of 81.5 per cent. 

Chevrolet came last spot with 73.6 per cent and Citroen and Suzuki came in at the bottom of the list. (dpa)
