London, Oct 27 : Channel 4 has been ordered to hand over material relating to the documentary on Princes Diana ‘Diana: The Witnesses In The Tunnel’.

On Oct 26, Justice Eady hearing the inquest into the death of the royal and her lover Dodi Al Fayed, said that the information should be disclosed to Lord Justice Scott Baker, the coroner of the probe.

The material contains accounts of witnesses to the fatal crash that killed the princess and Al Fayed in Paris, ten years ago.

Justice Eady refused to give the channel permission to appeal against the order, but the network can still file an application directly to the Court of Appeal, reports the Telegraph.

The judge will disclose the reason for asking the transfer of material later. (ANI)
