London, Nov 27 : One Direction's member Zayn Malik has fuelled the rumors of the band's split as he snubbed the group pictures with band mates at an awards bash in Australia.

The 21-year-old singer stood behind pals on the red carpet and bowed his head to shield his face from the cameras, the Daily Star reported.

Joe Crillyn, spokesman for William Hill, said that one might well see a conscious uncoupling in the near future.
