New Delhi, Oct. 27 - Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday congratulated Dilma Rousseff on her re-election as the President of Brazil for the second term.

"Congratulations to @dilmabr on her re-election as the President of Brazil! My best wishes to her for the 2nd term," Prime Minister Modi tweeted.

"I look forward to continuing to work with @dilmabr to strengthen India-Brazil relations in the years to come", he added.

Dilma Vana Rousseff, the 36th President of Brazil, got re-elected for the position after securing more than 51% of votes. (ANI)
