A wound in the tail of a tiger, ensnared by the forest division and succeeding elimination of a part of it has thronged up a query whether the technique the animals are ensnared now is perfect.

As per the forest officials this was for the initial instance that a Royal Bengal tiger’s tail in the precedent two and half decades had to be surgically removed in Bengal. The forest official added that this incident has thronged up a query in relation to the technique tigers are ensnared inside iron cages that is the rehearsal.

Forest officials also stated that the completely-grown male tiger was ensnared inside an iron cage on October 23 subsequent to the villagers protested that the animal was wandering away into Sajnekhali in Canning region of South 24-Parganas.

The officials also mentioned that subsequent to the tiger was ensnared inside the cage, doctors took a note of that there was a profound bruise in its tail.

They feel that the iron door had entered booming down on its tail while the tiger had gone into the cage. Thus, it was obvious that those who was ready, entrap did not matched it correctly.
