Drink Moderate: Live Healthier
Two to three pegs of wine can be helpful to maintain good health than that of people who are "nonalcoholic". Study was conducted on approximately 150000 numbers of medical databases from Paris. These cases were taken for the test during the year 1999 and 2005.
Heart disease, fatness and hopelessness have not been found out in case of people who drink moderately. Recent study has highlighted the remedial properties of wine and some other alcoholic drinks. But a different study has also contradicted the statement that alcoholic drinks are able to keep people healthy.
The study was conducted on two separate groups. One group has consumed moderate amount of wine. They have taken one glass of wine and the other group has consumed two to three glasses of wine or strong beer. Then the reports for these two groups have been recorded. The data related to both the groups were analyzed and found that moderate drinkers are healthier than that of the drunkards. Scientists are now trying to find out the relation between wine amount and health as well.
