Viewsonic launches affordable ranged 3D projector

As the reports confirm, Viewsonic has released a business-oriented 3D Projector, the PJD5352, which can offer great images at a commendably cheap price.

The PJD5352 priced at £600 works on Texas Instruments' DLP technology, features a screen ratio of 4:3 and boasts of a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels which can be interpolated to 1280x1024. This projection device comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a contrast ratio of 3000:1, which when compared to any plasma or LCD device is relatively poor.

It relies on a D-Sub port for its normal functioning instead of the present in-vogue HDMI port.

This 2.5 kilo device comes with PJD5352 which has a short-throw lens that can display a 5-feet picture from a distance of little as 3-feet away.

For the noise reduction, an eco-mode has been equipped that silences the noise level to only 26db and increases the bulb's life to 6,000 hours i.e., lowering the total cost of ownership.
