Lenovo announces key appointments
Amidst the high competition in the Indian marketplace along with the squeezing margins, the personal computer maker Lenovo has recently announced several key appointments in the company to make sure that the company keeps its flag flying high in the Indian marketplace.
According to the release sent by the company, Rahul Agarwal, who is undeniably the architect of Lenovo's global marketing communications and services business has now being appointed as the Executive Director for Key Account Business (KAB) in India. It may be noted here that prior to charting the success story for Lenovo, Rahul has the success of running commercial desktop business at IBM in his pocket.
Moreover, the company also placed Rajesh Lakhani as the Head for Services Support under which he would be responsible for service delivery operations, parts management and service sales.
Under his new role, Lakhani will also be responsible for developing and managing the services network of the PC maker in the Indian market. According to Lenovo’s India MD Amar Babu, the company is focused on driving the speed, performance and efficiency with a corporate structure that makes it even faster and even more customer-focused day in and day out in the marketplace.
