The Orissa government's website is incurring problems as it supposedly has gone 'blank' since last two days due to some technical snag. Adding woes to the wound is the blame game ongoing amidst the officials of the state government and the National Informatics Centre (NIC), which hosts the site.

It so happens that the user is directed to the Delhi excise department's website since Thursday when one tries to log into Orissa. gov. in.

S. K. Tripathy, the operating head of the website added, "We can't say it is hacking, but there is a technical snag in it".

However, the site has been blocked and the IT department is looking into the matter. The blame imposed brands both as faulty as, the IT department's Orissa Computer Application Centre (OCAC) manages the site whereas; NIC hosts it on the server.
