Australia among the list of countries with strongest hiring outlooks
Australia along with India, China, Brazil, Taiwan, Peru and Costa Rica posted the strongest hiring outlook for the coming quarter, as per a survey done by Manpower Inc.
After the recession, the job market across the globe had collapsed and now it is expected to go "strong" as per the opinion of the employers which took part in the survey. The Manpower Employment Outlook Survey, as it is called, said that on an overall basis the employers expect the job market to grow at a "healthy pace".
European market, on the other hand, showed the least expectations as the countries like Italy, Spain and Ireland were the weakest in the hiring outlook list.
This would come as relieving news for the people who are worried about losing their jobs and moreover not getting a new one.
But, with this optimism, there is also an environment of caution. The Manpower survey has also shown that the employers are cautious when it comes to hiring and are not going to make any changes in their payrolls during this spring. As much as 73 per cent of the survey employers held this view.
