Mumbai-headquartered J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has secured new orders worth Rs 8.56 crore from two prestigious clients.

The company has informed that it bagged the first order worth Rs 5.50 crore from IDEB Projects (P) Ltd. The second order worth Rs 3.06 crore has been awarded by Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

J.Kumar Infraprojects operates as an infrastructure development company in India. It primary involves in the development of flyovers, bridges, commercial structures, dams, canals, roads, highways, and railway over bridges, as well as undertakes airport and irrigation works.

As on June 26, 2009 the work order position of the company stood at Rs 1174 Crores.  

At 1:40 pm the scrip of the company was trading at Rs 100, up 5% compared to its previous close.
