Crompton Greaves Ltd, has declared its fourth quarterly results for the period till 31, March 2009.

The electrical equipment manufacturer has recorded a net profit after tax of Rs 130 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 103 crore during the same quarter in fiscal 2008.

During the quarter, company's total income has surged to Rs 1,372 crore from Rs 1,183 crore in the year-ago quarter.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2009, the conglomerate has posted a net profit of Rs 397 crore against Rs 313 crore in the year 2008.

The company has registered total revenue worth Rs 4,646 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009, as compared to Rs 3943 crore in the fiscal year 2008.
