Sydney, Jan. 5 : It was also an emotional match for Australian cricket great Glenn McGrath.

He almost cried as fans turned pink in the fight against breast cancer, which claimed his wife Jane last year.

McGrath admitted he struggled to contain his emotions as he and children James, 9 and Holly, 7 made their way to the ground.

"The support has blown me away. I have had to really keep the emotions in check. Driving in yesterday was really tough. I got a bit emotional. Once I got in here, it wasn''t too bad," he said.

"To see all the pink and the support we are getting is overwhelming. The pink grips, bat stickers and shoes has just blown me away," he added. (ANI)
