Nikon Coolpix has launched Coolpix P6000 digital camera. It has in-built global positioning system (GPS) and equipped with 13.5 mega pixels capacity. It will rove best photographic tool for photography lovers.

The general manager of COOLPIX for Nikon Inc, Mr. Bill Giordano said that the new capabilities of the camera will be helpful for the customers. It will provide GPS functionality and my Picture town connectivity. The newly launched camera can be easily connected through LAN and a dedicated Ethernet port. It provides the facilities of intuitive controls and offers programmed auto, shutter-priority auto, aperture-priority auto and manual modes.

Other features includes optical viewfinder, pop-up flash, i-TTL flash control, SDHC support, EN-EL5 rechargeable Li-ion battery, an optional convertor, speed lights and wireless remote control for high resolution photography.  

The Nikon Coolpix P6000 Camera will be available from September 2008. It will cost around $499.95 (approx Rs. 20,988). per piece. More information about the product can be found on website www.nikonusa.com.
