It is expected that the patients will be in the middle of chaos of call centers for just getting an appointment with their doctor under Coalition plans for the NHS. According to the views of the Government-funded think tank, close to £600million could be easily saved by axing support staff and creating a network of call centres but the fact of the matter is that the Foundation Trust Network review was branded a jobs-slashing exercise.
