MTS India introduces three new Android CDMA smartphonesIndian mobile phone carrier MTS has further expanded its CDMA smartphone portfolio by introducing three new handsets, viz. the MTS MTag 351, MTS MTag 352 and MTS MTag 281.

Priced in the range of Rs. 5499 to Rs 7499, all of the three new handsets run on Google's mobile operating system Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

The smartphones offer unlimited "All-You-Can-Use" high-speed data plans. Local MTS to MTS calls are also free.

The MTag 281 smartphone features a 2.8-inch touchscreen, and comes equipped with a 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 chip, a 3-megapixel rear camera, a 1200 mAh battery, and high speed wireless tethering capability. This smartphone costs Rs 5499.

The MTag 352, which is available for Rs 6,499, features a 3.5-inch touchscreen, a 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor, a rear-facing 3-megapixel camera, and a 1400mAh battery. It also offers high speed wireless tethering, a 2GB memory card, and microSD card support for up to 32GB.

The MTag 351 features a 3.5-inch touchscreen, and is powered by the 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 chip. It comes equipped with a 1300mAh battery, a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera with flash plus VGA camera on the front, high speed wireless tethering, a 2GB memory card and microSD card slot to expand memory to up to 32GB. It costs Rs 7,499.
