Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTL) has entered into an exclusive agreement with Prologix LLC for distribution of Trango Systems USA and Bridgewave communications products in India.

The company (MTL) through its distribution network and channel partners across the country is projecting sales of approximately 500 crore in next 2-3 years.

A company official stated in a communiqué that in the first phase MTL will distribute these products in India. While, in second Phase, MTL intends to manufacture these products from its state of art facility at Nashik under a technology transfer agreement.

It should be noted that Trango Systems is one of the largest producers of Microwave, IP Radio and Long Range Video Surveillance equipments, with market share of more than 60 percent in US.

However on the other hand, Bridgewave Communication products like wireless network extender, Flexport and other wireless equipments have tremendous demand from large and medium size enterprise in various countries.

The stock of the company today closed with a gain of 4% at Rs 2.80 on BSE.
