M&M launches Maxximo in Andhra
After gaining an overwhelming response for the LCV Maximmo in the most parts of the Indian market, M&M has recently launched the product in the Andhra Pradesh region.
In fact, the part of the USD 7.1 billion Mahindra Group, is claimed to be country's most technologically advanced 0.85 tonne capacity mini-truck, in Andhra Pradesh by the company.
It is to be mentioned here that the first product to roll out from Mahindra's state-of-the-art Chakan plant, the Maxximo was unveiled at the 10th Auto Expo 2010 held in New Delhi.
In fact, it may be noted here that after the successful launch in the rest of the country and following its debut in Southern India last month, the Maxximo is all set to make a lot of noise in Andhra Pradesh.
Arun Malhotra, Senior Vice President, Sales & Customer Care, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd said that as the Southern region of the country comprises of 48% of the total CV market in the country, hence, it is a very strategic launch for the company. The product has had a successful run in the country so far and the launch in AP is expected to bring additional volumes.
