The markets have been trading strong for quite some time and market participants are looking forward to a healthy correction as valuation of many stocks seems overstretched.

Thakkar has suggested BUY Call for Aurobindo Pharma with a stop loss of Rs 869, target at Rs 920. Thakkar has also suggested BUY Trade for Dr. Reddy’s. Traders can BUY Dr Reddy's with a stop loss of Rs 5,140, target at Rs 5,350, as per Thakkar.

Among automobile stocks, Thakkar has Bajaj Auto on his radar for the trading session. Automobile companies have registered strong sales over the last three months. Traders can BUY Bajaj Auto with a stop loss of Rs 3,300, target at Rs 3,460, as per Thakkar.

Thakkar has suggested SELL Trade for private banking major IndusInd Bank with a stop loss of Rs 918, target at Rs 880.
