Microsoft Office 2010 to hit Indian markets in June

Microsoft-LogoThe latest version of Microsoft Office is set to enter the Indian market by June this year. Microsoft Corp.'s India Chairman Ravi Venkatesan informed that the company would launch its MS Office 2010 for Indian users in June.

It would be available both for the business usage and consumers. Users of MS Office across the globe are eagerly waiting to use this application suite. This version of Office was expected to carry web applications and file sharing features.

Online versions of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and OneNote are also anticipated to be included in this new pack. However, the beta version of MS Office was made available in the market in November last year.

Earlier this month Microsoft had introduced its latest cloud computing software called "Windows Azure" in India. This tool helps companies to share software and storage facilities. Companies now can share computer resources like servers, software and data storages. The total IT spending is expected to come down by 50% once someone uses this application.
