Malegaon blast accused undergo polygraph tests
Mumbai, Nov 1 : The three accused in the September 29 Malegaon blasts - Pragya Singh Thakur (a god woman), former Army official Ramesh Upadhyay and Sameer Kulkarni - on Saturday underwent polygraph tests at a Forensic Science Laboratory in Mumbai.
Some of the accused had the tests performed on them on Friday, according to reports.
However, narco-analysis was still to be performed on them.
Five persons, including the god woman, have been arrested for planting a motorcycle bomb in Maharashtra’s Malegaon town, which claimed six lives.
Meanwhile, the Anti-Terrorism Squad has brought a serving officer with the army and two other former army officials working at the Military School in Nasik for questioning to Mumbai. (ANI)
