In a very peaceful settlement between the star singer Madonna and her husband Guy Ritchie, the custody of the children was given to Madonna.

The Pop Diva's Daughter Lourdes (12) from a previous relationship with a fitness trainer, the couple's eight year old biological son Rocco and their adopted son David will stay with their mother but Ritchie will have 'Broad Access' to  his children Rocco and David.

A close friend of Ritchie stated, "The most important things to him (Ritchie) are having full access to his kids, whom he adores and a quiet life”.

They had announced their divorce proceedings a week back had already settled all other affairs of money and property, Guy Ritchie was to receive $104 million from Madonna.

Although Madonna plans to move to US with the children Ritchie plans to buy a house in New York so that he can visit his children more often.

The star has set an example for all other whose divorce proceedings turn ugly and the kids have to suffer a lot in turn.
