LG scraps Sky-deal proclamation
The previous day's proclamation, which publicized the deal of 15,000 3D TVs struck between the satellite broadcaster BSkyB and television maker LG, was scrapped today.
It followed the press release from the Korean manufacturer LG, which was supposedly misinterpreted during translation.
The story transfigures in a different manner, which makes the manufacturer an acting agent who shall facilitate the supply of TV across the public joints such as pubs, restaurants etc aiding in promotion.
Further a spokesperson from LG said, "Supporting the rollout of Sky 3D represents a great opportunity for both LG and Sky to bring ground-breaking technology to the UK public."
This implies that LG will supply 3D TVs in UK to support the launch of Sky 3D, which will be a pioneering thing in the Europe. This facility can be availed by all the Sky users from April 2010. It is sure to pose against all the 3D media supporters of UK and it is yet to be decided who the leader is.
