Landmark Group to spend Rs 4000 crore on development of properties

Landmark GroupReal estate developer Landmark Group will invest over Rs 4,000 crore in developing 12 properties across the northern region in the next 3-4 years.

The company plans to fund the projects through internal accruals and raisings from private equities.

The NCR-based firm has planned to develop three hotels in next three years. Two hotels will be five star while the third will be a budget hotel. The company plans to invest around Rs 700 crore on these three projects.

Landmark Group posted a turnover of Rs 430 crore during the last financial year. The net worth of the company, at present, stands at around Rs 1,350 crore.

Yesterday, the company launched an IT park in Gurgaon, spread over 15 lakh sq ft of land, which would require an investment of Rs 350 crore.

The construction work would start within four months and it would be ready in three years.
