KKR To Announce Its Skipper Tomorrow
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) has decided to announce their skipper for upcoming Indian Premier League's second season on April 16 (Thursday).
Speaking on this with the media persons, KKR pride owner Shah Rukh Khan said, "We will decide first and announce (the captain) on April 16."
The season 2 of the much awaited IPL would start from April 18 with a bang.
It can be recalled that KKR finished sixth in the last year's IPL tournament. The team which recorded two wins in the first two matches failed later on to maintain the momentum in the series. However, a confident SRK feels that the increased availability of foreign cricketers would make his team more competitive in the upcoming tournament of the IPL.
The actor also made it clear that he would return on April 28 from South Africa to cast his vote on April 30.
"I will go back in the first week of May," added SRK.
The actor had also apologized legendry batsman and former Indian skipper Sunil gavaskar over multiple capitancy theory.
