Washington, Oct 8 : Katie Holmes has confessed that she enjoys watching horror films and would love to play a vampire on the big screen.

Talking about her favourite type of movie in an interview with America''s Elle magazine, the ''Mad Money'' actress has admitted that she would enjoy portraying an undead bloodsucker as long as the storyline is realistic.

"It can be any genre. I even like vampire movies - they just have to be well done. I want to believe in the characters. The minute it starts to feel not real, I''m not interested,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

But despite her love for acting, Katie—mother of three-year-old daughter, Suri, with hubby Tom Cruise—has said that her family is the most important thing in her life.

"In my own life, my whole world really revolves around family. I do what I need to do, but it''s like, ''How is everybody else doing?'' And it''s wonderful for me as an actress to put some of that into a character,” she said. (ANI)
