Infosys declares Q4 results
India's leading Software firm Infosys Technologies has announced its fourth quarter results for the financial year 2010. The report suggests an impressive 1.14% surge for the company.
On quarter-on-quarter basis (QoQ) around Rs 1,600 crore have poured to the company account as compared to Rs 1,582 crore in the preceding quarter.
Quarterly Revenue has also increased by 3.54% to Rs 5,944 crore from Rs 5,741 crore in the previous quarter. The revenue guidance of the company is 16-18% while it's earning per share guidance is still at 4.3% to 8.6%.
Company's top management including CEO and MD S Gopalakrishnan, COO SD Shibulal, CFO V Balakrishnan has spoke about the results while being exclusively interviewed by CNBC-TV18. They all have informed to the media about the company's upcoming goals.
In an interview, Mr. Gopalkrishan has informed that the significant rupee appreciation this year has been a concern for the company. Apart from that compensation has been increased for the employees. The firm has an appreciable EPS guidance and is looking at a drop of about 150 bps as per the CEO.
