India-Pakistan talks over air links beginIslamabad, Feb 14: India and Pakistan on Thursday began the fresh round of talks over the air links between the two countries.

The Indian delegation, including officials from the Indian Defence Ministry, the Civil Aviation Ministry and other concerned officials, arrived here in accordance with the scheduled program.

From Pakistani side, senior officials from the Pakistani Defence Ministry and Civil Aviation Administration and other top officials are participating in the talks.

Both the countries are likely to mull over the agreement to boost bilateral aerial links between the two countries, The News reported.

A joint statement will be issued at the conclusion of the talks.

The last such meeting was held in Delhi in March 2007. (ANI)
