ICICI Prudential announces launch of ‘ClaimCare’ Facility
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has announced the launch of 'ICICI Pru ClaimCare' for consumers to further enhance their claim settlement experience.
With the launch of new initiative, ICICI Prudential Life becomes the first life insurance company in the country to move away from the Third Party Administrator (TPA) to manage the process directly.
The new facility has been introduced by the company for direct settlement of health claims.
The company claims that with 'ICICI Pru ClaimCare', it will ensure fair, hassle-free and prompt assistance towards settling health claims.
Under the facility, whenever a health claim situation arises, customers will now be able to contact the company directly from anywhere and at anytime through its toll free number, mobile or SMS service.
Beside this, the customers also have the option to download the new claims templates, process and the detailed list of network hospitals from the company's website iciciprulife.com.
Further, ICICI Prudential Life's team of certified claims experts will also help the customers with the complete documentation and process that needs to be followed, enabling hassle-free and prompt settlement of their claims.
At present, the company has set up a network of 2,500 hospitals under its 'ICICI Pru ClaimCare' initiative, providing cashless service to policy holders across 488 locations across the country.
