Lindsay Lohan is in trouble, and her father Michael Lohan feels he is behind all her troubles. Michael Lohan believes its he, who led Lindsay in troubles unknowingly.

Lindsay is facing prison spell these days. She has been accused of stealing a necklace from a store. Last year, Lohan was to face majority of time in prison and rehab facilities for substance abuse and alcohol addiction.

In a recent interview, Michael Lohan revealed that he now realizes that his split with wife Dina is the reason for Lindsay's current situation. He revealed that family broke only because of him as he attacked Dina's brother finding him under influence of drugs.

Michael Lohan said in the interview to the CNN host Piers Morgan, "I did not have to react the way I did and inevitably that was the launch for our divorce. It was me or her (Dina's) family, and she chose her family, and that broke Lindsay's heart."

Michael revealed that, at a party, her brother was caught smoking crack. This made him burst over her brother leading to their divorce. Dina was to choose one among two, husband or family, and Michael tells she chose her family.

Their break-up made Lindsay upset and she began walking on wrong path. Both Dina and Michael are responsible for the Lindsay's current situation. But if you try to find who is more responsible, its definitely me, says Michael.
