Japanese automotive giant, Honda's unit in India has said that it will launch its new Amaze sedan model in the Indian market on April 11, 2013 and the company will offer the launch through a live webcast for the customers in India.

Honda India has said that the webcast is scheduled to begin from 12 PM on April 11, 2013. The company is entering the entry level sedan segment for the first time in the country and it will also be Honda's first car powered by diesel engine in India. Honda is expecting to attract a host of buyers with the launch of new model, which will be available in both diesel and petrol in the country.

Honda India is also offering a host of exciting package of offers to the customers including a maintenance package, extended warranty and exchange schemes. The company's top executives of Honda Cars India Limited are also likely to visit first time buyers and Brio hatchback customers to point out the benefits and important features of Amaze.

Amaze is expected to be priced at around 7.50 lakh as the company will be able get some excise duty cuts because the model is in the sub 4 meter segment of cars.
