India's leading IT consultant and software services firm HCL Technologies has signed an agreement to fully acquire US-based Control Point Solutions, for an enterprise value of $20.8 million on a cash free and debt free basis. Control Point Solutions is the leading provider of voice, data and wireless telecommunications expense management services. The company's customers include Fortune 500 organizations across a broad variety of industries. As part of the deal, HCL will acquire four delivery centres in US with over 200 professionals who come to HCL with domain knowledge and technical expertise.
