London, January 26 : Guy Ritchie is reportedly putting his money behind an Irish musical duo, which regularly performs in his London pub, to give his favourites a boost.

The Brit director, who officially ended his eight-year-marriage with Madonna earlier this month, allegedly wanted to invest in the unknown band, hailed by clients at the Punch Bowl, and loved to strum his guitar to join in their tunes,

"Guy is quite good on the guitar and loves to jam with them," the Daily Star quoted a pub regular as telling British tabloid The Mail.

"He''s not exactly Jimi Hendrix but he and Madonna used to play together.

"It''s more of a hobby and now he''s found a band he loves and wants to put a bit of money behind them to see if he can get them a record deal," the source added. (ANI)
