Goga Kapoor Passed Away At 70
After prolonged ill health, veteran Bollywood actor Ravinder Kapoor, popularly known as Goga Kapoor, breathed his last on Thursday morning at his Malad residence.
The 70-year-old actor, who was one of the Hindi film industry's most popular villains, had been unwell for the last two years.
Mr. Kapoor is survived by his life partner along with three daughters.
Born on December 15, 1940, Kapoor commenced his career with English plays, comprising one with Bollywood Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan.
He had acted in over 500 feature films, out of which over 20 were with Big B comprising Shakti, Coolie, Satte Pe Satta, Yaarana, Laawaris, Dostana, Shaan, Mr Natwarlal, Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Hera Pheri and Zanjeer.
Goga got his first Bollywood break in the year 1971.
Some of his mega hit flicks comprise Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Pathar Ke Phool, Phool Aur Kante and Run.
